I have a question about bloodlines. Is there a certain guideline to follow when creating a bloodline with a first-gen with a second-gen? If so, would I have to create the bloodline guidelines for future generations to go by?

I'm a little eh in the head so I may not have picked up on what you exactly meant xD but anyways
It's best to create rules to go by before creating the bloodline, having everything ready and in place, only making changes where you see fit. If you're making your own bloodline, you have free reign on what rules you want to go by, but with this you also get to create what the initial 'look' of the line will be if you must. Planning and preparation always works a treat when creating/managing a bloodline.
If it's 2 of a bloodline which is already around and they're having pups say, you'll need to keep the set rules of the bloodline in play, not going against them or changing them in any way. With your litter however, you'll be able to put rules in to play too of what you want from them - some of which will already work wit what has already been set in place by the head of the line as a whole.

Thanks! I'm making Jei have her own bloodline considering she is a first-gen, so her bloodline will consist of at least black, orange, and blue. The wolf can include other colors, but those three are a requirement. But other than that, I really have no real idea on making a bloodline by myself. ;;
