Want to be one of the staff? Look no further!
With the pack going through a huge revamp, we're also looking for new staff members to help us out. There are many positions available, and some may become available very soon. Positions that are available are;
- Lord
- Marauder
- War Lord
- Commander
We're looking for staff that will actually be active and help us out more,as running this pack pretty much between myself and another has and will prove to be rather difficult. So we're looking for more staff!
You will need to be;
- Active. You won't be considered for this rank if you aren't active both IG and on the site. It's important to regularly be online both ways to get news, updates, make sure everything is running smoothly.
- Open Minded. You'll be dealing with many different opinions, concerns, questions; so acting purely on what you 'think' is a preferred no, as everyone has different opinions, so heated debates are easy to come across.
- Authoritative. It's important to make people stick to the rules and you don't go soft, you must have a strong sense of leadership. It's important to keep people in line when the time comes.
- Fair. If someone's a friend don't let them do something and tell another different. Everyone is to be treated the same to keep things fair.
- Mature. You need to be grown up, end of. We can't have those known to be 'immature' helping to lead a pack, otherwise things will spiral out of control.
These are just a few traits we look for in staff.
What you will do;
- Make sure things are in check OOC, IC, IG and on the site.
- Train those below your rank, or in your rank category.
- Look at and leave feedback on reports.
- Roleplay with members.
- Make members feel comfortable and welcome.
- Engage in conversations.
- Make sure rules are followed.
- Accept and/or decline applications (for those joining and pups).
- Answer any questions or resolve and issues.
- Help with activity checks.
- Help with announcements.
- Help come up with new plots and ideas.
Most importantly make this a welcoming community.

We will be picking staff very carefully. With how staff has went in the past, we're looking in to it more carefully and only locking those who we know won't ask or suggest they have the high rank, and then not help at all, or only every so often.
